The Robert M. Clinger III Invitational

The Robert M Clinger III Invitational will next be contested on Monday, February 16, 2026 at the Dunes Golf & Beach Club

The Robert M. Clinger III Invitational Golf Tournament is an annual invitation-only event held at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on President’s Day each year.  The tournament was started in February 2007 as an outing for a large group of winter rentals vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area.  What started out as a small event with less than two dozen competitors has since hosted an international field totaling over 1,300 golfers. The victors are presented with the prestigious and much coveted Obelisk of Victory trophy.

The 20th Annual Robert M. Clinger III Invitational is currently closed to new participants.
